It's time to change my rating for the app as it has not been inested in and is now quite poor in comparison to other LL software aps.
The software is excellent for managing almost everything about a property. It's very detailed. The app gives us the basic information we need when on the go.
As they have now added banking feeds I'm giving it a 5 star
I can't even log into the app as it keeps saying the login details are invalid. Although, using the same login details, I can log in online.

Please upgrade - would be so much better if I could upload before and after photos from my phone to the app. The mobile app is way too limited.
Couldn't open portfolios since that update. Deleted and reinstalled and seems to be working just fine now.
For a mobile app. why oh why can't LV keep things simple and allow a payment be allocated to a tenant rather than only allowing payments be allocated to specific invoices in a tenancy.
Easy to use, great UI, for all the main everyday tasks of a responsible landlord. Early days but I can see me using this app on a regular basis and just visiting the main site now and then for more detailed information and actions.
Brilliant web application, and now a brilliant app. Landlord Vision is well constructed and packed with features yet the easiest application Ive found to manage dozens of properties. Very very well done!
